Double-sided puts the cook playbook on the unused liner side of the label stock —
one job, sheet 1 front / playbook back, and blank backs once the playbook runs out so the
pairing never shifts. In the print dialog turn two-sided ON; if the backs come out upside
down, switch the binding to the other edge (short vs long).
In the print dialog choose Save as PDF, paper US Letter, and set margins to
None with scale 100 %. The page size is baked into the file, so the sheet lands
at exactly 11 × 8.5 in.
